The Windshire Metropolitan District has contracted with Lindesay Construction to power wash the OUTSIDE portion of the District fences in Filing 5. You may not live in Filing 5 but may have a fence that is a part of filing 5 so please check the map. The contractor will not be entering your yard for power washing.
This project is scheduled to take place the week of 8/7/23 through 8/17/23 and will take several days to complete. The fence abutting your property may be power washed at any time during this period. Inclement weather may affect the schedule.
For this project to be successful we need your help!
- Remove any items that you have attached to the District fence and/or move any objects that are obstructing the work area around the fence. The work area and fence easement is 3 feet from the property line.
