Please fill out page two and three of the membership packet and have cash, check, or money order made out to WPMD for $550.00 attached. (SORRY NO CREDIT CARDS)
Once we received your money and form, we will contact you via the email you provided on your form of how to obtain your FOB. OR if you did not get a pass, we will contact you about how to return your payment.
