With the nice stretch of weather Northern Colorado is expected to have in the next week, it is a great time to remove any holiday decorations. Covenant enforcement will start to send out reminders if these items are not removed by February 3, 2025.
Other items our management team is looking for include broken/damaged shutters that need to be replaced, trees that need to be trimmed off the sidewalk and, when applicable, snow not being removed from sidewalks in front of and next to homes.
