The Windshire Park Metro District will hold a Work Session on Monday, September 18th at 6pm at the South Timnath Community Center, 6000 Summerfields Parkway, Timnath, CO 80547.

The issue with the irrigation system has been resolved and all systems should be working as normal.

Four individuals gained unauthorized access to the pool around 1:30am Sunday morning. If you have any information on who the suspects may be, please contact Joseph Arnold-White with the Windsor Police Department at 970-674-6400.

The WPMD Board has determined that in the best interest of the community, the current contract with Precision Landscape and Maintenance should be terminated. The District has contracted with Foothills Landscape Maintenance (FLM) for the remainder of 2023. The District is seeking bids for services for the 2024 season. The Town of Windsor and neighborhood sports teams will be using the green space areas for practice on the following schedule through mid-October:
Field 1 (Dartford & Clarendon) – Monday – Thursday 4-8pm
Field 2 (Guardian) – Monday – Thursday 4-8pm
Field 3 (15th & Guardian) – Monday – Thursday 4-8pm
Field 4 (Windshire & Jacoby) – Monday, Thursday & Friday 4:30-7:30pm

Fall hours go into effect for the Pool as of 8/14/23. Hours are:
Monday – Friday 4:30-7:30pm
Saturday & Sunday – 10:30am – 7:30pm
Last day for 2023 season is Labor Day with Pool hours of 10:30am – 6:00pm

The district will be fertilizing some areas of grass on Tuesday, August 8th. Please keep kids and pets off of these areas until Wednesday, August 9th.
