Several owners have called regarding the receipt of the 1st quarter Operations and Maintenance fee statement. Please be aware the $211 will not be officially billed to your account until March 1, 2024, and will be considered late if not paid by March 31.

To make a payment in TownSq before the quarterly O & M is added, please add your payment method, then make a one-time payment with the date of your choosing. As a reminder, there is a convenience fee assessed for paying electronically. If you do not want to pay this convenience fee, please mail your check, made payable to Windshire Park Metro District and with your property address and/or account number to:

Notice is hereby given that an Annual Meeting of the Windshire Park Metropolitan District No. 2 Board will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Community Center located at 6000 Summerfields Parkway, Timnath, 80547. A Coordinated Special Meeting of the Windshire Park Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 2 will follow at the same location.

The Quarter 4 Operations & Maintenance Invoices were sent last week with a due date of 12/1. The emails were sent from a different email than the normal email but are valid. The second email sent yesterday was done so in error so you may disregard. Please call or email with questions. We appreciate your patience!

As holiday decorating begins please keep the current Guidelines in mind:

Section 2.44: All seasonal decorations may not be installed more than forty (40) days prior to a holiday and must be removed within forty (40) days following that particular holiday or celebration. Consideration of neighbors should be exercised when decorating for any occasion. Front porch string lighting for accent or mood lighting must be attached to the top of the interior of the porch facia as high as possible, with no wiring showing on the exterior of the front porch. Lights are not to be ran down columns or to be ran across the front of the home, only porch areas. All season lights will be considered, fill out ADA.

We are nearing the end of the watering season. Please be mindful that we have low levels of water and please do everything you can to conserve water.

The water will be shutting down on Friday, October 20^th, and the blowout process will begin Saturday, October 21st. More information and the schedule will be sent as we approach the blowout date.

REMINDER: Trash/Recycle pickup is allowed only on Thursdays and Fridays. If you are using a company that picks up on any other day of the week, you will need to have them switch to pick up on an approved day or change providers. The District does not have a relationship with any disposal company but Ram Waste and Republic pick up in the Windshire neighborhood on the approved days.

The ditch water has stopped running for the season so the non-potable water is being delivered from the wells. If you notice a decrease in water pressure, please check if your filters need to be cleaned.

The Windshire Park Metro District will hold a Work Session on Monday, September 18th at 6pm at the South Timnath Community Center, 6000 Summerfields Parkway, Timnath, CO 80547.
